Sure Fresh Produce is proposing to construct a vegetable and fruit processing facility in the Central Coast Business Park located within the city limits of Lompoc, California. In working with the McGrath Family we believe our approximately 100,000 square foot addition in phase 1 to the Central Coast Business Park will allow this property to develop into a flourishing business park, and entice other businesses in the region to transition to Lompoc. We believe our clean operation will be a strong anchor for the development and look forward to the property’s continued growth.
